The Kelantanese preacher would still remain a face in the crowd but for a huge, flashy ring on his left hand.
“It is an emerald ring which I have been wearing for as long as I can remember – my cincin pembawa tuah (lucky ring),” he smiled
Haha, this man is a joker. He claimed to be an Islamic preacher but then said his ring bring him luck! Isn't that 'kufur' ???
He lost the deposit Rm15,000. With that money he can perform one Haj comfortably or he can perform the Umrah three times. He is in the same mould as atok Maimun in Terengganu.
How true is this phrase "There's a sucker born every minute". !!!
Dubious BN strategy that backfired on them.
- Screening of Saiful's swearing doesn't go well with the locals but instead sowing more hatred towards BN.
- Nalla and Ezam startling admission unbelievable and laughable.
- Najib's unofficial swearing in mosque is perceived as mocking the religion.
- Hamzah Zainuddin recapping old tales as though there are no more new issues.
- KJ brash and cocky statements perceived as arrogant by the common folks.
- Police show of strength as though the Permatang Pauh crowd is unruly and rowdy.
- People are fed up with the TV and media one sided and bias news reporting.
- BN Ministers half-hearted and superficial campaigning.
- Personal attacks by BN towards Anwar is immoral, unethical, unprincipled and uncivilised.
- Arif dubious Phd paper chase reflects the man's low education ability and aptness.
- Numerous Puteri Umno cry wolf.
- DNA bill hastily passes through Parliament to pin Anwar.
- People not buying Saiful's swearing.
- EC holding the election during a working day to deny people from voting.
- Police roadblocks hindering voters.
The truth is: The rakyat wanted a change.

1. Uplifting the status of the poor Malays is the first challenge Anwar Ibrahim has pledged to fulfill. He ensures that the grassroots Malays will get all government assistance and financial aid without any hindrance.
2. Anwar is the first champion of anti-cronyism in Malaysia. His struggle started right from the days when he fought to eliminate Dr Mahathir Mohamad’s cronies from ripping off the wealth of this country.
3. Freedom for the judiciary is another promise of Anwar. He wants to make sure that the judiciary is completely free from the fetters of the executive power, the power that rules this country.
4. Freedom of the press is another challenge that Anwar has taken to undetake if he comes to power. He will make sure that the press is independent of control from the government and would express the true aspirations of the people.
5. PKR vice-president R Sivarasa has pledged that he will personally draft the repeal of the ISA act and make sure that people are not detained without due trial. This decision has been endorsed by Anwar and will be fulfilled at all cost.
6. This is the first time a leader has boldly said that this country belongs to all without the discrimination of race, religion and creed. He speaks of Malaysia and not Malay dominance.
7. Anwar is the first reformist trying to wrest control of the country from a strong system controlled by a few politicians and their cronies. The system was so strong that nobody could do anything in this country to change it. Anwar has the guts to challenge this system.
8. Anwar is the first person to check the absolute power of the police force and make them answerable to the people. He wants the police force to answer to the legislative powers of this country. He will stop abuse of police powers.
9. Anwar is the first leader to suffer in jail and sacrifice for the sake of the people. Any body in his place would have conceded defeat against the mighty system of the government.
10. He has promised to bring to book all those criminals who have misused their power to amass wealth at the expense of making the poor more poor.
11. Anwar has promised that there will be no interference by politicians in education, business, and social reforms. NGOs will not be controlled by government agencies.
12. The petrol price will come down the day Anwar takes his oath of premiership. He will do it because he has the expertise, experience and the exposure.
13. Anwar will bury racial discrimination in this country and he will unite this country under one banner called ‘United Malaysians’.
14. Anwar has all the capacity to bring in foreign investment to keep this country on the fast track of progress.
15. Anwar knows what is suffering as he has experienced it over the last ten years. This experience will make him a great role model for this country.
He will definitely win for all these fifteen reasons.
We have enough of BN 50 year old rule
We have enough of the policy of cronyism
We have enough of corruption
We have enough of bad governance
We have enough of racism politics
We have enough of the sluggish economy
We have enough of biased judiciary

Too much politics is not good for your health, here's a story to brighten up your day .......
The pastor entered his donkey in a race and it won. The pastor was so pleased with the donkey that he entered it in the race again, and it won again. The local paper read:
PASTOR'S ASS OUT FRONT
The Bishop was so upset with this kind of publicity that he ordered the pastor not to enter the donkey in another race. The next day, the local paper headline read:
BISHOP SCRATCHES PASTOR'S ASS
This was too much for the bishop, so he ordered the pastor to get rid of the donkey. The pastor decided to give it to a nun in a nearby convent. The local paper, hearing of the news, posted the following headline the next day:
NUN HAS BEST ASS IN TOWN
The bishop fainted. He informed the nun that she would have to get rid of the donkey, so she sold it to a farmer for $10. The next day the paper read:
NUN SELLS ASS FOR $10
This was too much for the bishop, so he ordered the nun to buy back the donkey and lead it to the plains where it could run wild. The next day the headlines read:
NUN ANNOUNCES HER ASS IS WILD AND FREE
The bishop was buried the next day.
The moral of the story is: being concerned about public opinion can bring you much grief and misery, even shorten your life. So be yourself and enjoy life. Stop worrying about everyone else's ass and you'll be a lot happier and live longer!

"The local Umno leaders have forgotten that I was once their friend.
In his speech, he took the opportunity to respond to statements from Umno Youth deputy chief Khairy Jamaluddin, and according to Anwar was behaving like a hired ‘Umno samseng' (gangster) entering the by-election campaign late.

Of course one has to take sides ultimately. This is not the time to be apathetic. I don't fancy Anwar, actually. This man has made mistakes and done many wrongs in the past.I have yet to trust him completely. For a man, originally an Islamist, but then turned into a Nationalist and now a Liberalist, he is the ultimate chameleon, changing colours according to his crowd and playing to the gallery.
The change must be done now. This is a battle for Malaysia.
BN has gone too far. All the corruptions, the rascism and the bad governance has not gone well with the rakyat. PUR12 was the beginning of the avalanche. The rakyat is not stupid anymore. Anwar should wrap the show now. Anwar should be in Parliament and we hope Anwar should lead us to a new dawn.
Yes, I hope that Anwar wins and wins big. Let us show BN that the rakyat is the real Boss.
Enough is enough. This is a battle for Malaysia.
Vote Anwar Ibrahim into Parliament.

'BUKIT MERTAJAM: Don't push your luck with me or I will open your can of worms! This was the threat issued by Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR) de facto leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim to Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak following allegations which resurfaced here against him.
The latest was that of him ogling at the wife of Larut member of parliament (MP) and Deputy Housing and Local Government Minister Hamzah Zainuddin a decade ago.
At a gathering in Permatang Pauh on Tuesday night, Hamzah repeated the allegations which first also surfaced in 1998.........................
Who is Hamzah Zainuddin? Read about him here

As an intellectual, Ibrahim should be more open to the issue. Ibrahim is playing to the sentiment of the UMNO politicians. Why can't Khalid gave his opinion to improve the quality and standards of the university? In fact by opening the gates of UiTM to other races or to foreign students, it will ultimately benefit everybody i.e by enhancing competition and bringing out the best among the students, and raises the standards of UiTM.
Why is our University not even in the top 100 in the world? If we are to progress to be a first world nation, our students should be a world class standard, graduated themselves from universities of high standing.
If UiTM students were smart, they would want to see more nationalities and races of students in their university. How can it become a world-class university if UiTM continues to hide in their cocoon?
The UiTM vice-chancellor should address the issue of why UiTM has one of the highest rates of unemployed graduates among all local universities.
It is not enough by churning thousands of graduates yearly, but the more important thing is whether the graduates has the quality needed by potential employers when applying for jobs.
It’s time for an overhaul of this despicable system and for giving each and every Malaysian a fair chance to be successful in life.
Give Malaysia the glory it rightly deserves

Rm300k is still a lot of money for a 26 year old.
All Malaysian salute you Lee Chong Wei.
Which type of Malay are you:
1] The Political Islamist.
Those that support PAS, ABIM, JIM, etc etc. They will go to extremes in achieving their political goals of an Islamic State. Amongst them are degrees of extremities.
2] The Spiritual Islamist.
Those that follows the Tabligh and Tarikat groups. They are mostly searching for spiritual fulfilments and cleansing their own souls while letting others pass bye.
3] The Nationalist.
UMNO, GPMS, etc etc. They are nominal Muslims [meaning they do the minimum 5 prayers, Ramadhan fasting etc]. Amongst them too are degrees of extremities. Some join UMNO for richness and fame. Most are racists though.
4] The modern secularist and Liberals.
They love music, entertainment-centric, usually coming from middle to upper class. Many are ignorant of their religion or identity as Malay. They do not care about others or what happens to the country as long as they can enjoy life to the fullest. Life is only for entertainment. They plan to get close to religion when they are old and close to death hoping to enter Heaven on a subsidy ticket. Again, amongst them are degrees of leanings.
5) The Fence Sitter.
They are naive and easily become susceptible to indoctrination and cadre-training, by UMNO, PAS, PKR, JIM, ABIM, PPKIM . They don't support any party but most support individuals or personalities. Most Malays are in this category.
6) The Lark.
So which group are you?

Some of us would surely remember this era. Although we were kids then, we still feel the threat of a looming war, especially those living in Johore. The Government propaganda machine, TV and radio harp on this confrontation issue on a daily basis. Songs were taught in schools to us kids belittling Sukarno (I can still remember the songs).
Rumours were spreading like wild fires of the Indonesian Army invading us when news of some Indonesian Paratroopers were caught in Labis and Pontian. In fact the Indonesian Paratroopers who parachuted into the jungle surrendered because they were starving to death. Sukarno told them that the kampong folks would greet them with open arms and would help them to topple the government.
Sukarno was a great orator and once, he spoke for seven straight hours in front of the Indonesian crowd non-stop. Apart from Sukarno, only Cuban Fidel Castro and Anwar Ibrahim (!!!! haha) could captivate and manipulate their audiences with their oratory skills.
In my kampong it was a maze of activities when the Mat Salleh's foot soldier (Australian and British) make their rounds with their rifles. Sometimes i would try to chit chat with them in broken English. There were of course the feared Gurkhas with their Khukris and those hulks from the Polynesian Islands.
The Indonesian Confrontation (or Konfrontasi in Indonesian) was a small undeclared war fought from 1962 - 1966 through which President Sukarno of Indonesia tried to destroy the newly created nation of Malaysia. Sukarno was facing internal political struggle, so by invading Malaysia, their public focus was diverted.
Sukarno argued that the new nation was in fact just a way of maintaining British colonial influence in the area.
Indonesia had recently gained control of West Irian (formerly West New Guinea) from the Dutch, giving it a shared border with Australia in Australian-controlled Papua-New Guinea. Australia did not want any armed conflict with Indonesia on its border, but it also wanted a strong, united, anti-communist Malaysia.
But when Malaysia was created, Indonesia declared its opposition and hostility to it.
Indonesian President Sukarno was a militaristic, tough, nationalist, who was also trying to balance two great powers in his nation - the Communist Party of Indonesia (PKI), and the Army. He hoped that his opposition to Malaysia would keep both of them together and in support of him.
During 1963 the Indonesians sent small parties of regular and irregular soldiers to wage terrorist and propaganda actions in the former British areas of Borneo (Sarawak and Sabah). In 1964 they stepped up their actions to include raids on the Malaysian peninsula.
The Australian government was reluctant to commit its troops to actions against Indonesian soldiers, but finally decided to do so when repeatedly asked by the Malaysian government.
The main focus of Australian attention was in the Malaysian areas of Borneo (Sabah and Sarawak). Fighting was in difficult terrain and in an oppressive jungle climate. The troops were sited along the border to protect population centres from enemy attacks. But they also made frequent though secret incursions into Indonesian territory, forcing the Indonesians to defend themselves rather than be an attacking force.
There was very little press coverage in Australia at the time, because of the sensitivity of the operations and the cross-border activities. The Australian troops were all sworn to secrecy about having entered Indonesian territory, and it was not until 1996 that the ‘invasion’ was publicly admitted.
In 1965 Indonesian army leaders staged a coup against Sukarno, and massacred thousands of PKI members. Once firmly in command, they stopped the policy of Konfrontasi, and recognised the new nation of Malaysia in 1966.The coup leader, General Suharto becomes the new dictator of Indonesia for more than a decade before he was toppled by the people's revolution a few years ago.
May your soul rest in peace. Amin.

Abdullah memulakan upacara meletakkan kalungan bunga itu, diikuti Panglima Angkatan Tentera, Jeneral Tan Sri Abdul Aziz Zainal; Ketua Polis Negara, Tan Sri Musa Hassan; Panglima Tentera Darat, Jeneral Tan Sri Muhammad Ismail Jamaluddin; Panglima Tentera Laut, Laksamana Datuk Abdul Aziz Jaafar dan Panglima Tentera Udara, Jeneral Tan Sri Azizan Ariffin.
"Akidah Islam menentang sebarang unsur keberhalaan.

I'm not in the medical profession so I don't claim to be an expert … but we can at least attempt to learn and have a good look at the processes involved.
Ok-lah Uncle Pet, you have a point…. But why go there in the first place?
"Sexual assault includes a wide range of victimizations, distinct from rape or attempted rape. These crimes include completed or attempted attacks generally involving unwanted sexual contact between the victim and offender."
Saiful made a police report on 28th June (6pm), claiming that he was sexually assaulted by means of buggery:
Majikan saya Dato Seri Anwar Ibrahim - Ketua Umum PKR."
And Malaysiakini reported:
"Saiful, who had accused Anwar of sodomising him, had gone to Pusrawi Hospital on June 28 complaining of pain in passing motion four hours before the 23-year-old lodged a police report against the PKR leader. He said he had been experiencing pain for a week and had alleged that he was assaulted by a piece of plastic being forcibly inserted into his anus."
We'll revisit the above later in the article.
Unable to locate the protocols concerning the handling of sexual assault cases by medical personnel in Malaysia. But knowing that Malaysians love to 'tiru' and 'ciplak', I had a good read on the subject matter from the following documents.
Download (US Department of Justice. National Protocol for Sexual Assault Medical Forensic Examinations)
141 pages is a lot, so here's a shorter digested version:
The initial evaluation of the patient begins with a medical and assault history. Careful attention should be paid to any areas of injury the patient describes to the examiner to facilitate the collection of potential evidence. Questions asked should be very basic, focusing only on aspects of the event that will assist the examiner in understanding where there may be significant physical exam findings.
In addition to the interview, the examiner should assess the patient for signs or symptoms of depression and/or thoughts of suicide. It is normal for sexual assault victims to display a wide range of emotions, from stoic to hysterical. If the patient exhibits any indication of harming themselves or expresses thoughts of suicide, he or she should be placed directly in the care of mental health services after the examination is complete. Survivors of sexual assault are at risk for suffering from posttraumatic stress disorder.
Evidentiary examination is performed after the interview is completed. All physical injuries should be documented. Photographic evidence and forensic evidence swabs are collected following specific protocols. The examiner should note the location of any existing injuries, and observe for the presence of tears (and/or tenderness), redness, abrasions, contusions, and/or swelling (TRACS), which are indicative of blunt force trauma. Many sexual assault exams yield little to no forensic evidence. However, when injury is visible, photographic documentation of both non-genital and genital trauma is needed. Examiners must be sure to obtain written consent from the patient to photograph her or his injuries. If there are any limitations to obtaining a photograph, then the examiner needs to be sure to note this on the sexual assault examination form, which will be either located within the sexual assault examination kit or provided by the workplace.
The colposcope is a tool that can be used to detect and magnify genital or rectal injury that may be related to a sexual assault case. The colposcope increases the examiner's ability to both assess and document genital injuries. Toluidine blue dye (1% aqueous solution) is a blue dye that stains the nucleus of freshly exposed epidermal cells and enhances the visualization of minor tissue trauma when applied to the posterior fourchette as well as external genital tissue and/or the external skin of the anus. Only the area of injury will have a persistent blue color. Photographs are then taken of the areas highlighted by the blue dye
From the medical 'notes', these are the Pusrawi authorities claim are 'non-sodomy related':
- No blood was seen per rectal.
- No blood in the stool when stool is passed.
- Per rectal examination: no bleeding from rectum, no wound or evidence of infection, no injury seen, no tear of the rectal/anal area
- Final diagnosis: TRO (to rule out) assault (sodomise)',"
Mmm imagine the disappointment on Saiful's face, the plastic dildo or whatever it was, didn't have the desired effect. Dr. Osman in the report states that no signs of TRACS (tears, redness, abrasions, contusions and swelling) were detected. A friend commented that Anwar's 'anu' must have been the size of a 'lidi'.
I could only speculate that the good doctor then explained that a more detailed examination can be done; he doesn't have the necessary equipment and recommended HKL (OSCC) as they can go microscopic on him.
Let's just stop there. What weed is this guy on? Now, a plastic thingy was shoved up his ass and then later in the evening, he cried Anwar buggered him?
"Buggery is a lay term used to refer to penile penetration of the anus (anal intercourse) of a man, a woman, or an animal (also known as bestiality). Sodomy relates to anal intercourse between humans only."
There cannot even be a charge of sodomy!
He claimed that he was sodomised a day before (26th, Thursday). Najib admitted that he met Saiful a few days prior while Anwar was performing the Umrah and Talks. Anwar only came back to Malaysia on Wednesday (25th) which leaves Thursday (26th) for the alleged incident to happen.
Tsk tsk Saiful, you knew that you were going to be buggered on the 26th … with Najib's influence, ties and access to the buggers in Special Branch; you could have done and planned better to frame and setup someone for a fall. You could have at least to ask Uncle Pet to hide behind the curtains and videotape the whole thing.
Your story/fairy tale has more holes that Swiss cheese, dude. Give it up.
Let's leave with the following snippets from the Clinical Forensic Medicine: A Physician's Guide (2005), Chapter 3. Sexual Assault Examination. Source
"The most frequent injuries that are documented after allegations of nonconsensual anal penetration are anal fissures, tears, and lacerations."
"Whether an injury heals by first or secondary intention, the latter resulting in scar formation, depends on several factors, including the width and depth of the breach in the epithelium."
"The only specific indicator of abuse is a fresh laceration or healed scar extending beyond the anal margin onto the perianal skin in the absence of reasonable alternative explanation, e.g., major trauma" (173).
"The forensic practitioner may be asked about the effects that a single episode or repeated episodes of anal penetration have on anal sphincter tone and subsequent continence of feces. There is a case report of "multiple ruptures" of the internal anal sphincter with resultant fecal incontinence after nonconsensual anal penetration with a penis and fist (189)."
"However, various other substances have been used to facilitate penetration during a sexual assault, including hand cream, cooking oil, and margarine, the diversity of the products apparently reflecting what is immediately at hand. Many factors may affect the length of time that a lubricant will persist on skin or in a body orifice. Condom lubricant has been detected on a swab taken from an unwashed penis 50 hours after intercourse and, in a different case, on a vaginal swab (also when the complainant had not washed or douched) taken 24 hours after intercourse, but detection after such prolonged periods would appear to be exceptional (Black, R., personal communication, 2002); water-based lubricants (e.g., those containing polyethylene glycol) have only been detected within 8 hours of the sexual act (193,195)."
"The other anal injuries that have been described in complainants of anal penetration are bruises (2–4%), abrasions (4–5%), erythema (2–8%), and swelling/edema (2–6%) (90,134)."
Read the report again HERE. This government has already made a mockery of the judiciary; the public have little trust in the police … and now the medical community is being screwed too?
… someone in the Corridors of Power must have said 'Why not?'
1) Membantu Ibrahim Yaacob iaitu Ketua Staff menguruskan jadual DSAI.

3) Mengiringi DSAI ke :
a) Hong Kong- Awal Mei 2008
b) Bangkok - Hujung Mei 2008

4) Selanjutnya saya akan BONGKAR di mahkamah nanti. Diharap bersabar.

Does Pussycat Dolls pose a threat to National Security?
The Pussycat Dolls are set to sizzle on stage at MTV's regional awards show on Saturday which will be broadcast around Asia from the glamorous hilltop Genting Highlands casino resort in Malaysia.
Inul 's audiences are mostly low paying Indonesian workers while the Pussycat Dolls are those in the upper brackets.
Why the double standard?
Wahai Ezam, awak bukanlah lawan Anwar.
Of course BN will not just sit pretty and let Anwar walk into Parliament without a hitch. The conspirators will be conjuring all type of tricks to make sure Anwar will not be MP.
Anwar will surely be arrested and charge with sodomy in the coming days. The Government's media, TV3, RTM, Star, Utusan Malaysia, Berita Harian and all the stupid tabloids will be leaking 'secrets' potraying him as a gay, homosexual, sex maniac, molester, rapist, sadist, sodomist and other nonsense. They will be a propaganda blitz to tarnish his image and win the hearts and minds of the Permatang Pauh's voters through unfair and dirty means. We have seen this tactic use by BN's Propaganda Machinery many a times.
But times are changing. The Rakyat is not stupid and not easily swayed anymore by BN's Propaganda Machine. Recent polls by Merdeka Centre indicate this:
Anwar is the glue that holds the odd couple, DAP and PAS together. Without him it is hard to imagine how the coalition could continue to function or challenge for government.
He is Malaysia's only hope.
